LotusHaus provides end-to-end hostel management solutions — from infrastructure setup, operations, food, housekeeping, and security to technology-enabled student management — allowing colleges to focus on academics while we manage accommodation quality and safety.
Not necessarily. LotusHaus offers both on-campus management (using your existing hostels) and near-campus partnerships (we lease and operate properties near your campus) — all with minimal capital investment from your side. .
We operate under two models-Management Model: We manage your existing hostel infrastructure for a fixed fee or revenue share. Lease Model: We lease and operate a property independently, branded as a LotusHaus Partner Hostel.
All properties are equipped with CCTV surveillance, biometric access, gender-segregated wings, verified staff, and 24/7 security. Fire safety, hygiene, and food quality audits are conducted monthly.
Our digital platform records attendance, complaints, and issue resolutions in real time. We have trained wardens and city-level managers for immediate intervention and escalation protocols.
The LotusHaus App offers online admissions, rent collection, attendance tracking, maintenance requests, and parent dashboards — ensuring complete transparency for institutions and families.
